About this shed
How much wood will it hold?
The open log section is 3ft wide and runs the full depth and height of the store, which holds a good amount of split logs. The exact amount depends on how you stack it.
Why is the log section open?
Logs need air moving round them to dry out and stop going mouldy. The open front keeps the rain off while letting the wood breathe.
Can I lock the shed part?
Yes, add a hasp and staple or a keylock to the shed section door.
Is it pressure treated?
Yes, it's tanalised with our 10 year guarantee against rot, which matters for something that'll have damp logs in it.
What base does it need?
A solid, level base like flags or concrete. Our combi base sorts out uneven ground.
Do I need planning permission?
No, not for a log store this size in a normal back garden.
