Garden bars have been really popular with our customers, and this is the one we’d recommend. The bar hatch opens out under a deep 2ft canopy, so you can stand at the bar and still be out of the rain, which in Liverpool is half the battle. The door is on the end, so the whole front is free for the hatch.

About this shed
How big is the bar hatch?
The hatch is about 45in wide and 30in high and has a cover to shut it up when you're not using it.
Will I get wet standing at the bar?
Not much. The 2ft roof canopy over the front keeps the rain off you while you're at the hatch.
Can I have electrics put in?
Yes, you'd need your own electrician to run power to it for lights, a fridge or a telly. We'd recommend having a heavy duty frame if you'll be mounting things on the walls.
Is it pressure treated?
Yes, it's all tanalised with our 10 year guarantee against rot.
Do I need planning permission?
Not usually, as long as it's in the back garden, single storey and under 2.5m to the eaves. If you plan to sell drinks or run it as a business, that's different, so check with the council.
What base does it need?
A solid, level base. Our combi base is the easy option if your ground isn't level.
Where does the door go?
On the left or right end, so the front is all hatch and bar.
