Insulated, lined and sealed properly. Vapour barrier behind the cladding, insulation between the studs, internal ply and an EPDM rubber roof. That is what keeps the heat in and the condensation out, and condensation is what wrecks garden offices and the laptops sat in them.
Add the electrics pack and it turns up wired ready for an electrician to connect. Running the supply out to it is notifiable work so it needs a qualified sparky.
